One Response to Book Review: The Passenger Has Gone Digital and Mobile by Nawal Taneja

  1. Peter Morrell says:

The introduction to the review of Nawal Taneja’s latest book is not at all clear: ‘He emphasizes the changing relation between companies and their customers as new technologies enable them to rule the market.’ Does ‘them’ in this last sentence refer to companies or their customers? This is quite some claim, and the rest of the review neither explains nor comments on this.
